Historia Jonë
ATHENA lindi mes aromës së zgarës, zhurmës së rrugëve të Athinës dhe atyre shijeve që nuk kanë nevojë të bëjnë zhurmë për t'u mbajtur mend. Pas shumë recetash dhe netësh të humbura nëpër street foodet e qytetit, njëra prej tyre mbeti, e thjeshtë dhe autentike. Ajo u bë fillimi i ATHENA.
Emri erdhi nga Athena, perëndesha që sipas mitit i dhuroi Athinës ullirin, pemën që u bë simbol i jetës, paqes dhe mirëqenies. Thuhet se ishte pikërisht ajo dhuratë që fitoi zemrat e njerëzve dhe i dha qytetit emrin që mban edhe sot. Ndoshta për këtë arsye, në frymën e ATHENA gjithçka nis nga gjërat e thjeshta: shija e vërtetë, tryeza e ngrohtë dhe ushqimi që bashkon njerëzit.

Në ATHENA, fokusi është te përbërësit dhe shija e tyre natyrale.
